4. Ordering and Customization

4.1 Order Process

All orders must be confirmed through our official communication channels. Custom orders require detailed specifications including size, material, color, and design requirements.

4.3 Design and Specifications

5. Pricing and Payment

5.2 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established customers.

5.3 Currency and Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes in their respective countries.

6. Manufacturing and Delivery

6.1 Production Timeline

Standard production lead times range from 15-45 days depending on order complexity and quantity. Custom orders may require extended production periods.

6.2 Quality Control

All products undergo rigorous quality control processes and comply with international automotive standards including ISO 9001, TUV, JWL, and VIA certifications.

6.3 Shipping and Logistics

We provide cross-border shipping to the European Union, United States, Japan, and other international markets. Shipping costs and delivery terms will be specified in the purchase agreement.

7. Product Warranty

7.1 Warranty Coverage

All Kelistone wheels come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Racing or track use may void warranty coverage.

7.3 Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period with proof of purchase and detailed documentation of the defect.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Kelistone products remain the property of Sichuan Kelistone Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Custom designs created for customers may be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kelistone's liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

10. International Trade Compliance

All international transactions must comply with applicable export/import regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws and regulations.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Sichuan Province, China, in accordance with Chinese commercial law.

12. Modifications to Terms

Kelistone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
